2 EMG Screenings, Postural evaluation, Lower Quarter Screening:
Structural efficiency, Functional efficiency, LE / Knee / Ankle / Foot Injury
Neuromuscular efficiency, True flexibility versus
Relative flexibility assessment Back Screening:
Back / Abdominal's
Respiration / Breathing Screening : Using respiration sensor and surface Emg looks at rate, and muscle
recruitment patterns of breathing applications of breath holding , hyperventilation and excessive use
of accessory muscles on performance.
Psychological/ Cognitive Screening : Performance Anxiety / Fears / Goal setting / Functional Relaxation
Treatment / Training : Individualized to needs of each client ; Full evaluation requires 2 hours
Training is generally 30-90 min; Provided in 15 min intervals,
length of session varies depending on complexity of situation
Early morning hours available before school or work, evening
hours and weekend appointments are available as well
Home Program is provided to all clients once skills gained in treatment
are adequate enough to reinforce motor learning without Emg feedback ,
verbal cues or manual techniques of therapist
When appropriate the home program can be updated thru email to
effectively utilize time and financial resources .
